It is quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. It has branches throughout Nigeria and its activities are:

• Food processing: three factories
• Real Estate development and management, with about 250 residential and commercial properties throughout Nigeria.
• Sales and Servicing of motor vehicles and other equipment (Volkswagen brand of Trucks & Buses from Brazil, Mercedes Benz Cars), Engine Rebuilt and overhauls.
• Mainland Hotel – One of the first hotels in Lagos.  It offers a three star secure, comfortable and affordable guest accommodation in a convenient location
• Cummins West Africa Ltd: A Joint Venture with Cummins Inc of U.S.A. It is involved in the assembly, sale and service of generators and engines in general.

Nigerian Bottling Company Plc.

It is quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.  It is the sole Coca-Cola franchisee for Nigeria with 16 bottling plants, 82 sales depots and 200,000 distribution outlets throughout the country.  It is the largest soft drink manufacturer in West Africa.

Frigoglass Industries (Nigeria) Ltd

Its subsidiary, Beta Glass Plc is quoted on the Nigeria Stock Exchange and is the largest hollow glass container producer in West Africa.  It has 2 plants in Nigeria. Its divisions in Nigeria include:  The manufacturing of merchandise electric coolers, crowns and plastics
